CHATEAU MOULIN de CURAT Puisseguin Saint-Emilion AOC 2015

Château Moulin de Curat belongs to the Robin family, who can trace their roots in the region back to the seventeenth century. The vines nestle on a hillside in the village of Puisseguin, in clayey limestone soil, only a few kilometers from the town of Saint Emilion itself. Sustainable farming (certified by Terra Vitis) is practised at the vineyard.The Family motto translate as "Quality before Quantity", and this dictum applies not least to the wine. Jean-François Robin's wines are authentic, balanced and tasty, with a delicate texture, soft tannins and attractive fruit aromas. The "Puisseguin Saint Emilion" appellation offer elegant wines, similar to the "Saint-Emilion" reputated wines. Food pairing : roasted duck and chicken, grilled beef or stew. Alc.: 14%.
